Harmony Pathways is an 8-week creative song writing programme for adults in addiction, recovery, or active use, using trauma-informed workshops to build confidence, identity, and emotional expression through music, melody, lyric writing, and peer-led performance. 

Two groups will take part in the sessions at the DROP centre Dún Laoghaire, the Discovery Group and the Stabilisation Group. The sessions will support the groups to develop their own songs together and then record their songs with an engineer and full studio set up at Ashbourne Studios. The songs will be recorded and printed in a photobook for each participant.
