Following on from the publication of a Heritage Guide on Medieval Navan in Archaeology Ireland. Further interpretative publication is planned for 2022 based on the Motte at Moathill Navan. Meath County Council will work with local archaeologist Clare Ryan MIAI (Navan and District Historical Society). A bilingual interpretive panel will be designed giving an overview of Moatlands Motte and Bailey known locally as Navan Motte. As part of Heritage Week 2022 Candlelit Tales delivered six educational events in the libraries based on history and folklore.
