Memories Through Music is a project involving a visit down memory lane through the medium of music in order to create new memories in those living in Fingal Nursing Homes. It is proposed that performers will visit nursing homes in Fingal between October 2020 and March 2021, each performance will last 1.5 hours and will include a wide selection of songs from the past and requests from residents.

This performance can be conducted from a canteen/garden/meeting room depending on the restrictions during the coming months that will be strictly adhered to. All interactions between performers and nursing home residents and staff will be governed by Public Health Restrictions applicable at the time. 

This project will support those in the nursing homes through the winter months by bringing the light of music to their lives helping them to feel connected and reawakened through the medium of music.
