Limerick City & County Council and Music & Health Ireland, in partnership with Clare and Tipperary County Councils and the HSE, are pleased to propose the continuation, and enhancement through new elements of its flagship Musician-on-Call programme across the Midwest region in 2026. 

This initiative delivers high-quality, interactive live music to older persons' residential care settings, enriching the cultural life of residents while supporting healthcare staff and strengthening community connections.
