Positive Ageing Week is an initiative that celebrates the older person for their continued support and contribution to family, society and local communities. To mark this occasion, we at Offaly libraries will be offering our older patrons free biodiversity packs.These packs will be gifted to older patrons to encourage pollinator friendly plants to be sown in gardens all over Offaly. The bulbs are specially selected to attract pollinators all year around with a focus on bees and butterflies. This activity will encourage older people to engage with nature in their own gardens.  Call into any library branch in Offaly- Banagher, Birr, Clara, Daingean, Edenderry, Ferbane, Kilcormac or Tullamore to collect your beautiful gift pack.
