Rachel Sheil (RS) will hold 3 rehearsals in the Dance Limerick Studio space to create and teach dance choreography to members of Limerick Youth Dance Company (LYDC) and dance students from the Irish World Academy, University of Limerick (UL). Rachel Sheil with this team of dancers, will film a dance on video project in well known sites throughout Limerick City, primarily focusing on street art areas in Limerick.

It also gives real life connections between dancers in the city, allowing youth dance members to meet and be inspired by college students who have chosen dance as a career.

Rachel Sheil chooses this project to develop her choreographic voice, use Limerick City as the backdrop for new work, and invite different dance bubbles in Limerick to meet each other and connect.

Dance rehearsal takes place between 02nd of June to 23rd June 2023

Film shoot takes place on 30th June to 1st July 2023
