This film is planned as a companion piece to Welcome to Tipperary which focused on Tipperary town in six parts. Scenes from a Tipperary Landscape will record the district around Tipperary town, presenting six stories in chronological order. The sites which will feature are as follows: The burial site (Tumulus near Lattin village, Toureen Peakaun holy well &church, Kilfeacle Motte &Bailey, Athassel Abbey priory, Thomastown Castle and Grandstown Tower house/Castle.

The film will capture the history and the importance of those sites and the beauty of the local landscape. With the use of drone footage and matching script this film will preserve history of these sites. It will serve to educate and entertain in equal measure. This film will showcase the fine sites in South Tipperary which will be available to the diaspora in particular and can be viewed by potential visitors to the area. It can also be used as an educational tool for the schools in the area.

The film will be launched at the Tipperary Excel Arts & Heritage Centre, Tipperary Town with further details to be released once confirmed.
