Share a Story is a new storytime initiative that has been developed by Limerick Clare Education and Training Board in collaboration with  Clare Home School Community Liasion Network and Clare Libraries.

During the months of September and October, pupils from Scoil Chríost Rí in Ennis will  participate in this pilot storytelling programme. Parents of Senior Infants and 1st Class pupils will be invited to the school to read with their children twice a day; after the morning drop off, and at the end of the school day. Parents and Children will read a selection of books specially identified for the project by Clare Librarie's Children's Services Librarian. 

Share a Story is a pilot programme developed as part of Clare Right to Read programme of events, making reading for pleasure an integral part of everyone's lives.
