As part of the rejuvenation of Swords town centre, Fingal County Council is building  a new Civic and Cultural Centre in the heart of Fingal’s county town. The building, will include a new County Library and Arts venue. Construction work has commenced, necessitating the installation of a hoarding around the site.  Fingal County Council would like to use this hoarding as an opportunity to project a visual representation of what this new library, arts and culture space, scheduled for completion in 2026, will offer the community in Swords. Artist Chris Judge will create a mural for this hoarding to create visual interest in the space and communicate what the local community can expect from the Civic and Cultural Centre once it is completed.
