Threading Needles Telling Stories is a very special Creative Ireland funded creative community project from 2024 which set out with the aim of enabling participants of Chatters and Matters, Womens Shed, Offaly Traveller Movement to develop and tell a personal story, relevant to their heritage, culture and place in society today through the medium of textiles. Twelve months later and the project is still going strong ! Pavee Point Traveller and Roma Centre have invited Offaly Traveller Movement to present the project, Threading Needles Telling Stories  at Traveller Community Arts Day from 11am-3pm on Thursday, 1st May 2025 at Hugh Lane Gallery, Dublin.  A number of dolls made in the 2024 project will feature as part of OTM presentation  which will be just one  of the projects presented as part of a large showcase of work of Traveller organisations across Ireland.
