Through five vibrant, multicultural arts events, Vital Voice will create inclusive, place-based platforms for new, emerging and established artists — with a strong focus on underrepresented creatives living and working in Donegal. Each event will showcase diverse artistic talent, strengthen local cultural infrastructure, expand resources and open up new opportunities for people to participate in creativity at the community level.

Vital Voice is a Donegal-wide creative engagement programme that connects communities across all five Municipal Districts of Donegal. Designed to advance the Creative Ireland Donegal Culture and Creativity Strategy 2023–2027, it celebrates creativity’s power to bring people together.
