Writing for Wellbeing workshop with Mari Gallagher

In this workshop with Mari Gallagher (Becoming a Mother: Reflections on Adoptive Parenthood) everyone is equal as a writer irrespective of previous writing experience. The inner critic is silenced and words are encouraged to flow onto paper, inspired by a variety of writing exercises. People who journal regularly experience improvement in both physical and mental health.  Allowing the inner scribe to run free removes writer’s block and releases creativity. Please bring notebook and a pen.
