Offaly County Council's Creative Ireland team are holding a drop in clinic at Birr Library (atrium) from 11am-12pm on Tuesday February 13th 2024 to listen to and discuss your ideas for potential creative projects in 2024 that would explore and present aspects of Offaly’s heritage through varying art forms.
